Was great experience amazing lake not the best for boating though too many rocks on the edge of you want to park on the bank and coves are super shallow other than that great and the hills in the back make the lake beautiful but the campsites are to close and really confusing to find your spot there is no privacy and there is no quiet time at least for the coyote side if I were you I would not stay in a tent and just stay in a rv

Beautiful park by the lake. We were there to witness the full moon rise. It was mesmerizing.

We had an RV For in the fern loop. The spot was huge, had nice views of the river and was across from the bathrooms. There was a bit of traffic as others have said sure to these being the bathrooms for all the campers. The playground was close and functional. Starlink worked here despite significant tree cover and if you're charging a Tesla keep in mind you need a special 30amp 120v adapter for your mobile charger.

We had a blast here. Watching those fly fishing looked like a video frame from Brad Pitt fly fishing. The water is very 🥶 cold. It's so beautiful. We also went to the beach and then kayaking. We had a blast! So so beautiful.

Love this park! The whole area is inviting and the activities are wide ranging. We have been here twice now and enjoyed it each time. We have now tried the off road trails, it was a lot of fun. Views were awesome and we found some great spots that were well worth the drive to get to.

I used AllTrails to find some local trails, and honestly we just adventured off the path here and there. So there are more trails than listed. Some rocks and steep hills for your adrenaline side.
