Great people here. I lost my phone in the river. Someone found it and turned it in to them. They knew what to do to save my water-logged phone and called me to let me know they found it!! Incredible!!

We had an amazing time on the river with Skippa Rock. They were incredibly kind and accommodating for our large party, and very open to communicating about our transportation and logistics needs. Would definitely recommend their services!

Well worth the money I took my boyfriend and my grandson.\n The people at the desk were nice. The people that drove the bus were nice. The trip was very relaxing and we completely enjoyed ourselves. I would go again.

Went this morning floated for the first time ever (we are on vacation) the lady told us we could go as many times as we wanted and the last bus left at 4! So we leave after a float and go back, show up at 3:55 and the bus is pulling off so I go in and ask the lady if there is gonna be another bus at 4 because that is what we was told and she tells me that they are letting the water out of the damn at 5 and no one really needed to go out passed 3:30!!!! THEN WHY WAS I TOLD 4? AND WHY WAS THE BUS LEAVING AT 3:55 WHEN WE PULLED UP IF NO ONE NEEDED TO GO OUT PASSED 3:30??!

Pros: great float, reasonable prices! Cons: we wanted to do the 9 mile but we were informed that you have to be there by 10am. So, we settled for the 4 mile instead. They tell you to call them when you see the "The 10 Commandments" sign. We called, and I asked how much further we needed to go. We were told to go 2 more miles until we see a Wild Goose sign. I'm sure the woman on the phone meant 2 minutes, because 2 miles didn't make sense. Upon arriving at the Wild Goose sign, we parked the kayak, and waited 40 mins to be picked up. I called, and the lady said they were having issues with their trailer. We waited longer, and then they pulled up in a van. They told us what was happening, and to wait 2-3 more mind and they'd be right back with a trailer. We waited another 15mins before they showed back up. One of the guys that picked us up had a very great attitude when he launched us and picked us up. The woman that works the front desk doesn't offer very much info, and doesn't seem to have a good customer service energy to her. After our kayak float, we were planning to float on cubes, but after all of this, we just leave. Note to business: your customers are FIRST. If you trailer is having issues, you still need to pick up your customers ASAP, and worry about your trailer afterwards. I'm a very patient man when I know what's going on, but aside from the float, this whole experience has ruined this business for me.

Used Skippa-Rock for floating the river and had an amazing experience. We called them 3 times with questions and they picked up every time and were extremely helpful. Their tubes have a headrest and a cup holder. They offer a tube for your coolers as well. They do not have lockers to store your personal items but have a rack where they keep car keys. They sell phone pouches (I'm not sure the price, I did not purchase). They have a porter potty for restrooms. The people were very nice and on top of it. You jump in an old bus to be driven up the river and dropped off. It was about a 2 hour float but as soon as you finish, you can jump back on the bus and go again! It was a perfect length to stop and have lunch between tubing. Would absolutely go again!

Great float and the staff were awesome. Just be sure to ask any directions you need for the flat if you feel like you need information. They event helped us bring up our personal kayak to the car from the river. Beautiful scenery and they gave good feedback on where to follow the river.
