I had my wedding there in February 2026. Stayed there from Thursday till Sunday with my husband’s family and my family. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose to stay at the last wild river resort and get married there! I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place is beautiful. I hope we can go back sometime! Communication with the property owners was amazing, as well. If we needed anything or if I had a question she would text me back quick! Our family and friends also loved the place!

On River Time is an exceptional getaway for anyone who loves nature, serenity, and space to relax and explore without seeing another soul. The house is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time there.

One of the most enjoyable vacations ever for our family of 18 people. It was excellent from the beginning to the end. The trails, canoes and kayaks were an added bonus that our kids enjoyed the entire time we were there. We loved every minute of our trip. It is an absolutely beautiful place! It was extremely clean and well kept. I would definitely rent this beautiful place again!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have dreamt of a better venue. Our wedding party stayed on site with us the weekend of the wedding and there was plenty of space for the bridal party and grooms party to separate the night before. The day before, we enjoyed some kayaking, hiking, and hot tubbing and were able to do the rehearsal in the exact spot we would be married in which helped so much. On the day of our wedding we got lucky with spectacular weather after a week of rain the week before, which made the river sit at the perfect level and provide the most beautiful back drop at our ceremony. Shari did an amazing job accommodating our entire group and making sure the resort was ready for our special day. I could go on and on about all the amazing things this resort has to offer. I HIGHLY recommend this resort to any future brides. If you like nature and want an emasculate place for an outdoor wedding this is the spot!

Me and my husband had our wedding out here and stayed extra days as well and enjoyed the outdoors we.. our wedding was everything we dreamed of the view they had everything we needed walk in for drinks our cake and food I have to say was one of the
Best experience we ever had. They had an area for the groom and his men to get ready was in a saloon very well taken care of. The bridal sweet was absolutely amazing big for getting ready hair and make up artist got in with no hesitation these arnt even half.. we didn’t have a big wedding so we were able to split it with reception so people that couldn’t get down to the river was still able to come. Sharie and her husband were amazing she answered every question I had if we needed assistance with recommendations she had it and even if I thought it was a stupid question but still asked she answered. Showed up to make sure everything we needed was taken care of even for rehearsal. I would recommend staying here even for a get away . Do reunions wedding what ever. Thank y’all for everything and makin our day special. And my kids loved the canoes and kayaks

The venue was amazingly beautiful!! The host, Shari and her husband were amazing to deal with. They were available for every single thing we needed. It rained the morning of our outdoor wedding and they even contacted us and volunteered to wipe down our chairs so we could continue to spend time with our daughter, the bride. The entire experience was top notch, easy and beautiful!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The entire property is gorgeous! I had my wedding here on September 9th, and I got nothing but compliments on how beautiful the venue was. It seems like it’s out in the middle of nowhere, but I think that’s what makes it great. The cabin itself is very spacious, clean, and cozy. We booked the entire venue for 3 1/2 days, so we had plenty of time to set up, take down, and spend time with family. We had time to kayak/canoe, fish, and hike as well. The owners are super friendly and sweet, and anytime I had a question Shari had an answer! If you’re thinking about having an event here, do it!
