The performance was great, and hilarious! It’s a great place for families and adults alike. They’re very creative and funny while doing it. I was amazed as a local, this place needs more customers!

It was our firts time for me and my boyfriend watching a Magic show. It was special for him, since this was one of his dreams when he was a child. I am so happy this show was the firts for both. It was amazing.

We had a blast! We were expecting a magic show, only to find out that it was an interactive magic show, lol. Chris did an amazing job getting the crowd to interact and participate in the show. Our kids were amazed and loved the show. Definitely worth attending and looking forward to seeing it again soon.

I would give this a 20 star if they asked. My husband and I so enjoyed this show that Chris and his team gave that we did not want it to end. One of our favorite tricks was the card trick with the 4 cards that each of us were given. Loved all the acts and loved the story Chris shared about his love for magic as a young child and when he spoke about his grandmother. We are so glad we took the time to go see this Magic show. If you have the opportunity to go see this show, do it! The popcorn was also a nice treat too.

I brought my family into the show and it was amazing I have a couple favorites about the show but my top 2 is that he involves the audience in he’s show and the story’s he tell.we all loved it so from my family to there’s thank you for the experience.

Best show in Hochatown – a must-do for families

I’ve been coming to Hochatown with my kids for years, and this was easily the best entertainment experience we’ve had here in the last decade. Hester’s Theater of Magic was absolutely fantastic. The show had the perfect balance of hilarious one-liners, audience interaction, and genuinely mind-blowing magic. There were multiple moments where the entire crowd was gasping and laughing at the same time because we had no idea how he pulled it off.

Even our teenager loved it (which is basically the gold standard of approval). The show moves fast, keeps everyone engaged, and feels personal rather than like a big tourist production.

Honestly, it was completely worth the price—which isn’t always the case in tourist towns. If you’re visiting Hochatown or Broken Bow and looking for something fun to do with the family, put this at the top of your list.

We will absolutely make this part of our yearly trip from now on. Can’t wait to come back.

"IMPOSSIBLE!!!", my dad stated as he opened & read the card Chris handed him, while onstage. He was Truly Astonished, we all were!!
Hester's is a Wonderful, small family owned & operated business. Chris & Heather are fun, kind & accommodating & their kiddos, Brooky & Max are right there w/them, helping & even involved in the show!!
We are returning customers & yes, the show has been different both times we've been.
Stepping into Hester's, is stepping into a Magical world, physically/visually & Chris takes you there mentally/visually!!! It's So Cool!!!
Without giving anything away, my dad was chosen to participate in a magic trick w/a few other men. We had fun watching him on stage & he himself still brings it up bc he was Truly Amazed!!! Dad even kept the card Chris gave him & he's not that type of man,lol.
If you're looking for Wholesome, Enchanting, Exciting, Non-stop FUN, Hester's Is Where It's At!!! There's TRULY NOTHING out there like it!!!

If you have kids, Hester’s Theater of Magic is on the “must do” list for Hochatown. It’s an indoor venue so weather is not an issue. The show we attended was sold out even though it was a weekday so pre-purchasing online would be a safe option. There are no bad seats and clean restrooms are handy at the back of the auditorium. Candy, popcorn and drinks are available as well as a small shop with magic tricks and souvenirs. The temperature inside was comfortable as were the theater seats. The length of the show was long enough to satisfy the price point and we will definitely return. Mr. Hester went out of his way to greet people while they waited in for the show to start and to visit after the show. He remembered names and called on audience members by name to join in if they were interested. This was great fun for the kids, especially. His beautiful wife is definitely his right hand and he also allowed his special apprentice (young son) to perform a couple of illusions. People of any age who are looking for good, clean entertainment would enjoy Hester’s Theater of Magic.

Highly recommend this magic show for an awesome family friendly experience! He kept us wondering the entire time and my kids came home doing magic shows for us all night! My kids each bought a magic set and he spent time teaching them the details of the trick after the show. I’m not going to sleep tonight figuring out how he pulled off the “amazing scroll”!!!

Hubby & I came to Broken Bow/Hochatown for our anniversary trip, we had a blast doing everything we did, but I looked forward to the magic show the entire time! Chris does amazing magic, includes his audience (kids/adults either one) in some of his magic, he’s seriously amazing at what he does! 10/10 recommend, we will be back to see more shows when we bring out kiddos to broken bow/hochatown!
